Silver Stars
The 9U Stars opened up the State Games Tournament in Roanoke Rapids with a tough loss to Wilson but they would rally on Saturday to beat Wilson and force the famous IF game. On Sunday the 9u team lost a heartbreaker in the last inning to end up finishing in 2nd place. Congratulations to these group of boys and as my wife Patricia said during one of the games "these little 9 year olds are precious". I cant't wait to see them win next year as tough 10 year olds. RS
